Improv Session – 3rd December 2020

1. Talent Release
I agree that my participation in the Project may be edited in your sole discretion. I consent to use of my name, likeness, voice and biographical material about me in connection with Project publicity and related institutional promotional purposes. I expressly release you, your agents, employees, licensees and assigns from and against any and all claims which I have or may have for invasion of privacy, defamation or any other cause of action arising out of production, distribution, broadcast or exhibition of the Project. I hereby authorize Such Cliché to photograph and record (on film, digital, video, tape, or otherwise), the Performance; to edit same at its discretion and to include it with the performance of others and with sound effects, special effects and music; to incorporate same into the Project or other program or not; to use and to license others to use such recordings and photographs in any manner or media whatsoever, including without limitation unrestricted use for purposes of publicity, advertising and sales promotion; and to use my name, likeness, voice, biographic or other information concerning me in connection with the Project, commercial tie-ups, merchandising, and for any other purpose. I further acknowledge that Such Cliché owns all rights to the results and proceeds of my services rendered in connection herewith.
2. Liability Waiver
I agree to waive, release and discharge Such Cliché and their, legal representatives, administrators, volunteers and executors for all liability for or by reason of any damage, loss or injury (including death) to myself or my property which may be sustained as a result of my participation in the activity, and notwithstanding that such damage, loss or injury may have been caused solely or partly by the Release’s negligence.
3. Cancellation Policy
We understand that from time to time things come up that might prevent you from attending a workshop or lesson for which you have registered. Should you find yourself in this situation, please contact us to arrange one of the following options:
4. Transfer
Transfer your registration to another workshop to be held within one year of your original workshop date. You will need to advise us of the new workshop date and location to enable us to confirm your registration.
5. Refund
Cancellations received more than 7 days prior to the workshop are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations received between 7 and 1 days prior to the workshp, are entitled to a 50% refund. However, if you cancel less than one day prior to the workshop you will not be eligible for any refund.
6. Workshop Cancellation
Lessons and workshops may be cancelled or postponed due to low registration, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, the registrants will be notified as soon as possible, and workshop fees fully refunded, credited or transferred to another workshop as soon as possible.
